考研英语阅读备考过程中，不少同学就是背单词，一本单词书背了几遍，但是遇到文章还是看不懂。怎么回事？这是因为英语文章在解读的过程中最小的语言单位不是单词，而是句子成分，或者说是一个有意义的语言链条。这些链条我们需要通过语法知识和上下文语境将其整合，拼凑成更长的有意义的语言链条。所以，在英语阅读中，我们学会如何阅读才至关重要。那么，需要怎么解读真题呢？下面我们就以2015年考研英语一阅读真题的Text 4为例，来具体讲解一下逻辑在解题中的运用。

　　Two years ago, Rupert Murdoch’s daughter, Elisabeth, spoke of the “unsettling dearth of integrity across so many of our institutions”（众多机构中诚信缺失这一现象令人感到不安，这里的unsettling和题干中的upset属于同义替换词。所以我们知道这一道题应该选择和dearth of integrity想关的选项。但是选项中，没有类似的表达。在　[D] the wide misuse of integrity among institutions这个选项中，虽然提到了integrity, 但是它是说the wide misuse滥用诚信，这和原文中的dearth of integrity诚信缺失，意义不符，故该选项错误）. Integrity had collapsed, she argued, because of （重点逻辑关系词，表示因果关系，后面的内容为原因）a collective acceptance that the only “sorting mechanism”（sorting mechanism的结果是Integrity had collapsed，这可以由because of得出，所以[A]the consequences of the current sorting mechanism，目前分层机制的结果就是integrity had collapsed, 实际上也就是dearth of integrity, 所以该选项为正确答案） in society should be profit and the market. But （重点逻辑关系词，表示转折，后面内容常常是出题点）“it’s us, human beings, we the people who create the society we want, not profit（这实际上是一个省略句，还原后为it’s not profit that creates the society we want; 这里profit和us, human beings, we the people 并列）”.
