Here is a bar chart, clear and accurate. It goes without saying that the chart records the different shares of surfing online for the general public, which successfully arouses our curiosity. As is clearly reflected by the chart, 50.6% of folks choose to surf online by computer; 25.4% of them by phone; 6.3% by kindle. Surprisingly, 45.1% of folks do not surf online. Obviously, what the graph reflects should be given more consideration.
Theoretically, several reasons may trigger the trend that 45.1% of folks do not surf online，but for my part, the following two are of utmost importance. To begin with, it is universally admitted that it is the aging folks are less likely to come to contact with internet, and so as the less educated. So long as you regard this analysis reasonable, I may go further. Another special consideration in this case is that building the energy and telecom infrastructures is required to take full
advantage of the Internet and some areas in China are still in lack of these
resources.
