The most important factor to be considered is the truth that with people becoming increasingly older, they pay more attention to their life than work, which makes them feel relieved from the work burden. Besides, people under 50 are under greatest pressure in their life, because they have to establish their status in the society and support their family by working extremely hard in the competitive environment.The above mentioned reasons are the contributory factors leading to the changes of people’s satisfaction with their work.

　　From the above analysis, it can be safely concluded that it is high time that close attention should be paid to people’s working attitude and living quality, because holding an active attitude to work is the most significant factor to individual growth and social prosperity. To solve this problem, for my opinion, to improve the working condition and raise the salary are two effective ways to better people’s living quality and working attitude.
